Mr. Insane is an escaped criminal from an asylum. He's Killed the best sector, Sector D besides Numbuh 24. He's also has tortured Numbuh 24 with fire,whips,punches,guns,tasers,kicks,and swords for fun. He has even killed Numbuh 24, Numbuh 4 managed to get Numbuh 24 to the hospital in time.Mr. Insane managed to get every villain to attack kids and kids stuff. Mr. Insane has defeated the K.N.D,Father, and a bunch of other people.
